Listing Coordination - $150
Closing Coordination - $375
All new clients are subject to a one-time $200 setup fee to customize your action plans, vendors and letters to your specifications.
We also offer other services to our clients at our hourly rate of $40 for the following:
- Enhanced word processing
- Excel work including charts
- Database layout/maintenance
- PowerPoint presentations
- Layout work in Publisher and PageMaker
- Coordinate direct mail campaigns
